And now the speculation begins...
Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in...

He's back after a Disc operation, but not allowed to lift heavy bodies from the stage....

Poor guy, and he's got to start filming his last Doctor Who episodes in 2-3 weeks, as well.

Can I just say I am NOT happy with this. The last 2 Dr's have had a "magic" to them and this new one seems out of place.

I feel you. Same here. I feel no excitement whatsoever when I think of Matt Smith as The Doctor. Too teeny bopper and although I know it'll probably change some by then, he looks like he's trying way too hard to look super cool with that swag hair. Petty of me, I know, but there it is. Meh. I'm reserving my judgment until he's actually, you know, APPEARED as the Doctor in some capacity.  ::)  Plenty of folks were "meh" about both Chris and David until they'd seen episodes - I can only assume the same will happen with Matt.

Sorry, but I for one was not "meh" about either Eccleston or Tennant. They both struck the right chords that made me look forward with anticipation to their respective Doctor performances, even before their first episodes. ::)

I am also reserving judgement.  It is not uncommon for the Doctor to be a relatively unknown quantity, it is only really with the last two that there has been all this hype over it, and I think we should wait and see how he actually is before deciding if he is going to be crap or not.
