travel insurance for expats?
« on: May 29, 2004, 06:48:01 PM »
I'm having a hard time getting some reasonable quotes to cover us going to turkey for 2 weeks.  I was hoping someone could help with some urls to some companies that support expats.  TIA  ;D

This site will give you an online quote for a single trip:
http://www.insureandgo.com/

I've never used them; just the first thing that popped up on Google when I put in a few keywords.

I've not had trouble getting any sort of insurance from a company just because I'm an expat, save for one minor exception: for car insurance, I find that Norwich Union will deal with my American-make car without flinching.
Married to Graham, we run our own open-source computer training company in beautiful Wiltshire out of our 1814 Georgian Regency home (a former lodging house and once featured in Antiques Roadshow)
