Ok, so DH and I were married in September and I'm just now getting around to changing the name on my passport and for social security. Is there a specific order I have to do them in? Can I do the passport before I change it with social security, or do I have to do it the other way around?
For me, I don't need my name changed for SS right away, but I'd like to change my passport name as soon as I can since it's my form of ID over here.
