ideas for booze-soaked apricots?

Every March or so, we pick apricots and put them in jugs of white liqour and sugar.  September, we drink the resulting hooch.. and generally throw out the fruit.  I'm thinking it could become some sort of dessert, though.. haven't tossed them yet.  They're not pretty, so would have to be chopped up and mixed with other stuff.

Ideas?

Warm them up in the oven/microwave and put them over angel food or pound cake! You could also chop them up to put on vanilla ice cream or rice pudding! What about adding them to smoothies? Mmm... so many possibilities!

Do you have an ice cream maker? I often add slightly booze-soaked fruit to my ice cream. If not, do what Gotta says and serve them with some good vanilla ice cream with crushed amoretti biscuits on top!
