I'm currently residing in the UK on a BUNAC Scheme work permit and working for a company that has started the process of applying for sponsorship eligibility. However, it seems increasingly that getting my own Tier 1 visa would be in my best interest.
My earnings will be just enough to reach the threshold needed to claim the 5pts for "UK work experience", however I have a question specifically relating to dates.
My company pays salaries on the 1st of the month (which I have direct deposited into my UK bank account). My BUNAC work permit expires on the 29th, and I'm flying back to the US the day before that on the 28th.
Without the paycheck on January 1, (which covers my December earnings), I won't reach the threshold in earnings for UK Work Experience.
Will this be a problem when I apply under Tier 1, that the UK earnings were deposited after I left the country?
Question 2: I'm anticipating a holiday bonus that will put me over the £16k needed. However, if it doesn't quite get me there, and I continue to work remotely for the UK company while in the US. Would my January salary, paid from the UK company, be eligible to count towards UK Work Experience earnings? I'm assuming not, however it is an odd outlier question that I couldn't find asked in the forum before.
Question 3: I now have 3 bank accounts. UK Bank Account (UK salaries deposited to), US Bank1 (US salaries deposited to), US Bank2 (High Interest Savings Accounts and would be used to demonstrate maintenance funds). As long as I provide approved documentation on all 3 accounts, there won't be any issues correct?
Thanks,
