I look forward to seeing Elf again on Channel 4 at 18.15 on Sunday the 14th!

Will Farrell rocks!  8)

Technically speaking, it will be just after the holiday season, but DH and I will see Australia the weekend after New Years.  Doesn't look that interesting to me, but as he's Australian and kindly puts up with a lot of girlie type movies that most blokes wouldn't indulge their partners by going to see with them, it's the least I can do!!!

Will watch, on DVD, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation and A Christmas Story.  Would like to see It's a Wonderful Life.

I love all the different versions of "A Christmas Carol"--you know, all the Scrooge ones--from the old black and white to the newer ones with "Captain Picard".  Just not the musical one--it reminds me of my ex!

You gotta love A Christmas Story.  Especially if you need a bit of good ole Americana to keep you going.  "You'll shoot your eye out..."

Charlie Brown Christmas!  I watch it so much leading up to Christmas...I also really like Love Actually.  It was the only Christmas-y movie I had when I was in Japan so it back my 'holiday' movie :)

I have to watch Love Actually.   It's a new one, but I love it.

I'm bummed that I didn't get to see It's a Wonderful Life this year, but we watched Cool Runnings on BBC4.  Not exactly a Christmas-ey movie, but it was funny to see that one again.

We saw 'It's a wonderful life' at the Electric Cinema, Belsize Park, the coolest cinema around.

I look forward to catching up on movies I've not seen before!

As for Christmas movies
Scrooge (the Alistair Sims version, even if they do insist on showing the bloody colourised version!)
Joyeux Noel
Bad Santa

We didn't watch them this year, but A Christmas Carol the George C Scott version and It's a Wonderful Life are my two faves.
