My sister in Oregon (who now has my truck) was hit as she was turning left and my 5 yr old niece was in the truck.  Everyone is ok but sister can't feel her left arm and she went to the hospital and they say to wait...She has MS so they don't know if it was the accident or a flare up

Oh Jenn...I'm glad they're ok...fingerscrossed that things get sorted out quickly.

Thanks guys ;-)
The airbags did deploy so when she called me last night she is SUPER sore but my dad is out in Oregon so he is being the bully with the insurance companies and handling most of it. The funny part is she doesn't see her being hurt as a problem its more of I lost the truck I got from you that is making her mad ::) She said I would never get another used car/truck so well maintained ;-) Of course I said forget the truck make sure you two are ok and we can figure out a vehicle later...

JennBean, sorry to hear about your sister's accident.  I'm glad that overall they are okay and that it's mainly just a loss of a vehicle.

Sometime when we were in the air, probably over Ireland, my mother passed away in her sleep.  She was found a few hours later.  We didn't have a perfect relationship, but I will miss her and think about her every day for the rest of my life.

I'm just now reading this but I wanted to say how sorry I am to hear of your loss.  :\\\'(

My brother-in-law's wife left him. Apparently she told him today that she has already rented a house and will be moving out this week. MIL and FIL say it has been coming for some time, but it's still sad. Our nephew is staying with his dad (DH's older brother) but her other son is going to live with her. FIL said I should delete her and her kids from my Facebook page, as he doesn't want her knowing our family business (not that I post much about our family) and we aren't really all that close. Maybe I should? Things seem so awkward just now.  :-\\\\ I feel so sorry for my BIL, he is the nicest man and I know he tried his best. I knew they weren't happy together, and MIL says BIL is fine with it right now, but I imagine he will be upset about it later. I guess it's best to stay away just now until she finishes moving out, then go over and help him sort his house out and take them some food or something?  :\\\'(

Aww J...so sorry to hear, especially after all that your family's been through lately.

Hugs.

Thanks. He also lost his job when the factory went bust, so it will be a tough time for him.  :-\\\\ I've texted him and he is coming over tomorrow morning for a coffee, so we will get the full scoop then. Hopefully we will get good news this week that the factory is re-opening, as DH put BIL's name on the list of people to be rehired should it open again. Fingers crossed they both get jobs soon.  :-\\\\
