I still remember the 2 hours I spent trying to turn on the TV in a corporate flat I was in in Belfast.  Switched sockets was the first hurdle, then the "power" button on the TV that got me a red light but that red "power" button on the remote that didn't do a damn thing until I started mashing the buttons and finally hit the channel up only to find out that I had my choice of 5 channels.  *sigh*

Like DW when she got up a couple of hours before me on a weekend and could only manage to get the 5 channels, she was 1 button press away from the wealth of all the Sky channels!

I've lived here most of my life, and I still can't figure out which drawer the fabric softener goes in  :P.

I've lived here all my life and I still don't know what all of the three drawers on the washing machine are for. :)

It says in the instruction book. Anyway me and Madame Contrex both have sensitive skin and can't use conditioner and our clothes are never filthy enough for prewash so it's only the middle one that gets used.
