This is what I am also suggesting! Throw away your scales for now. Hide them. ;)

The only scales I've been using are the kitchen scales... I've been baking far too many delicious things lately.  :P

I did another gruelling 2 hour session at the gym this afternoon man I'm sooo knackered I'm definitely going to sleep good tonight.   :)  [smiley=sleeping2.gif] 1 more day of self torture at the gym then I'm taking a couple days off from the gym.  ;)  ;D

I know we aren't talking about scales, but I lost five pounds in the last two weeks.  ;D I guess eating right and dragging myself up that steep a** hill every day works!

Woohoo! Congrats!  ;D I'm trying not to think about the scale just now since I'm quitting smoking, but that doesn't mean you can't!  ;D  :P

I can't think about the scale considering I was just on vacation back home in NYC, which was all eating/drinking, no exercise (well, except city walking).  But, I'm signed up for all the gym classes next week and it feels good to be eating normally again.

Though damn, I miss the bagels already.

I know that feeling all to well when Dh & I go to the States for 2 weeks we eat so much tasty calorific food I usually put on at least 7 lbs if not more. we don't do any exercises either except for all the walking we do while shopping at all the malls lol.  ;)  ;D  So when we get back to the UK I'm usually at the gym trying to work off what I indulged in which is alot of yummy food. one of my weakness when we go home is the doughnut shop in my hometown we have doughnuts every morning for breakfast well at least I do Dh does a few times I always get a apple fritter they are sooo bad for me but they are sooo Heavenly though.  [smiley=angel.gif] [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

This afternoon I'm going to the gym for my last 2 hour gruelling session for a few days I need a rest after the week I have had at the gym lol.  ;)  ;D

Yay, 1.25 lb down this week and I'm finally out of this stone bracket!  Many more stone brackets to go, but its a good start.  :) I just really don't want to screw it all up when I go away on holiday in a few weeks!

Sounds like you're feeling really good, PB! Yay you!  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Weekend gluttony + a sick Mr MLG has made me pretty fatigued and we are behind on so many things that I don't know how we'll get to the gym this week. Oh well. :(

Sweet baby jesus, I'm never skipping that much time from the gym again.  Granted, it was only 2 weeks, but I'd been really good up until I went home for vacation.  This class I was just in..good lord, was that hard.  My legs were still shaking when I was walking DOWN the stairs to go to the office.
