ilak, I mean this kindly - but I get the feeling you keep posting because you want someone to tell you it's going to be okay, or they've had your exact experience, or something similar, and it all worked out in the end.  We simply can't do that.

I understand the stress of wanting things to work out.  I think you got a lot of valuable information in your other threads, so please re-read those for the advice you are requesting.

and take the advice what people have been saying for weeks on here, hire an immigration specialist.

Friend of her uncle.  Not sure whether the fact that she 'seeked [sic] advice' means she instructed him, or just asked some questions.

She said:

My situation is not complicated, this board full of 5 pages has just made it a mess! I have already seeked advice from a Professional Lawyer in United Kingdom recently who happens to be a good friend of my Uncle  He knows my situation and says they cannot refuse me just for one reason - Overstaying.

I trust his advice as he is an Immigration Lawyer.

So why is she wasting our time? She knows everything already...and yet keeps asking questions, the same questions over and over again...when they were answered 2 threads ago and it seems she just can't be bothered to read them.

You know, you don't HAVE to answer every thread in Visas. If someone comes along who annoys you, just walk away!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Her point is that there is already a thread listing couriers people have recommended.

(In ilak19's defense, though, it's now on page 4 of the visa forum, and when I tried searching for "courier review", it didn't come up on either the google list or the advanced search.)

yeah search doesn't always find everything you're looking for I've found.

I did, it was oblivious, too.  (It did return this thread, though, ironically!)

This is unrelated to the actual topic, but you had to search for "courier reviews" (with an s) for it to come up.

Ahh, thanks for that, mirrajay.  I didn't think the search was that silly, but apparently it does expect an exact match.

Hi Mirrajay thank you for getting back to me.

My husband is paying taxes. He is payed in cash in hand but he is not working illegally. He is on the books and will recieve his payslips for month of July on July 31st. Also, tax returns.

His income comes to about 1000 GB Pounds per month. His income has gone up a bit since he has started working full time. Before it was at about 800/montly.

I think I can provide month of Julys payslip and a letter from him employer. Will this suffice?

"Hi I am sorry I forgot to mention the figures...

Rent - 500/Monthly
Water - about 50 - 60/Monthly (this was the figure when I was living there also)
Electricity - same
Council Tax - 100/Month

Guess that all adds up to about 700 which is close to my husbands income of 800/monthly GB Pounds. Maybe it would be better for me to wait until he's full time again and earning more income if 800 could be a problem.

Thanks for your help & time. I appreciate it."

So he's started earning more money within a day?
