Hi

I am applying for my Spouse Visa at www.ukvisas.gov.uk. Am I able to complete the application and then click submit THEN save? I am only asking because I would like to pay today but if my Visa card does not go through, I might have to wait until tomorrow. Will not know until I try it...

Will it be a problem clicking submit then maybe having to save it?

Any help appreciated. I am sorry I have a thread regarding this somewhere else, but can't find it. I apologize.

Also, any links to the CORRECT documents checklist for this visa? I read one on Worldbiridge's website but dont know if this is the right one... want to be sure.

Thanks for your help.

Once you save it you can amend for up to a week before it gets erased.

I will e-mail you the document list tomorrow. There is no general list, each application is different.

This is something you'll want to ask Vicky if you have retained her.   IMO, there is a major issue with using the NHS, especially registering with a GP whilst visiting, but if you are her client she will be able to advise you.

Why don't you just PM her? She is busy and may just have forgotten.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Is the NHS allowed during overstay or visiting visa period? I dont seem to get a clear answer?

Per Mindy's request above, I know the *exact* answer.  And that's no.  The NHS is for emergencies only for overstayers and visitors.

Whether or not you want to include it as evidence on a spouse visa depends upon what you are trying to prove by showing it.  They are not used to seeing NHS cards submitted with spouse applications so you should tell them exactly why you think it's important for them to look at it.

By all accounts based upon what you've written in 'n' number of threads, your case is very straight-forward and should be s breeze.

Hi Garry thanks for the reply.

Straight forward and a breeze? Breeze to get denied? haha

Hopefully all will be well... thanks for the help in everything.

Not sure if you saw my PM, but can you e-mail me, as I don't like discussing details on a PM system where I don' have a record of our conversation.

Thanks,

Vicky

Hi, so I'm filling out my online application for my UK Spouse Visa.

Some questions are confusing me...

Such as Mother & Fathers Nationalities... My parents were born in Pakistan but have American passports since the day I was born. So do I put American or American AND Pakistan as they're nationalities?

Another question is...Have you been granted a UK Visa in the last 10 years? The only Visas I have been to in the UK are 6 Month Visiting Visa's. So does this come under that - my answer is yes or no?

When did your sponsor arrive in the UK? Obviously my husband is british born so I just put his birthdate right?

Have you lived with your sponsor in a relationship like a marriage at anytime? I lived with my husband for 4 years during my overstay period, so does that mean its a yes to that question for me?

Any advice/answers to these questions will be great. Thanks in advance!

Thank you Mirrajay. My husband has just found out recently that at the end of this month he will earn his paycheck for the time hes been working there. Paychecks for months of June & July. His pay ahs increased a bit since hes been working more hours. But its still just under 1000 GB/month.

1) I don't know
2) No (I would think). I think it means did you apply for a visa before entering.
3) Correct
4) Yes (from what another thread has addressed on this topic)
