I'm working on my son's visa application. He's 19 months old. I read somewhere that children under five do not need to go for a biometric scan. Does any one know if that is true absolutely, or just in most cases? He's applying for a settlement visa, in case that makes a difference.
Also, I'm wondering about the deadline. In the case of a biometric scan, we have two weeks to submit the application after the scan. Is the deadline two weeks from the online application in the case of no biometric scan?
