Can anyone tell me if it's possible to buy graham crackers in any uk supermarket or shop,preferbly not online as they charge you a fortune for shipping.Thanks in advance.

Graham crackers aren't available here, as far as I know, but maybe someone else will chime in with better news. I think digestive biscuits are really as close as it gets here. People use them in place of graham crackers to make smores and pie crusts and things. But there might be a specialty shop someone else knows of, hopefully.

I saw some in a Chinese grocery store yesterday, but I have no idea if they are like American ones.

Never seen 'em. Digestives are a good substitute for pie crusts (though not s'mores IMO). But in terms of eating, digestives are thicker and heavier.

Yup, I use digestives for crusts in place of graham crackers. It's not exactly the same, but good enough.

Perhaps you could offer to do a food swap with someone here on UKY if you're really desperate for them!

Thanks to everyone for your replies,I actually eat digestives at the moment as well but I'll have to give cybercandy a try and see what they're like.

Just to let everyone know that I found graham crackers at www.americansweets.co.uk [nofollow] , the bad news is that they cost £4.99 per box and £3.99 shipping,I'm afraid that I'm not that desperate,I think I'll stick to digestives.
