Call Centers

I think a lot of people have dealt with the frustrations of talking to call centers who turn out to be in India, Philippines or Mexico. I say frustrating because I find they usually can't under the problem you are calling about and they seem to use a script and terminology that does quit make sense. So I'm wondering if the same corporations are changing over to a new system of using a chat line to talk to us? Anybody in the know?
