We did and I unstickied it...now I can't find it either and I've searched the entire forum over and over... sorry Niku2 maybe someone else with better search powers than I can bring it up.  I've tired every key word I can think of.  I can find the original thread, but not the recipe one.

Ah, I couldn't find that one at all.  There was another thread about the exchange but no recipes in it!

Trolling through the posts from late 2007 & early 2008I found these that contain cookie recipes:

http://talk.uk-yankee.com/index.php?topic=38904.0
http://talk.uk-yankee.com/index.php?topic=39790.0
http://talk.uk-yankee.com/index.php?topic=40359.0

But there is no thread titled for the recipes for the '07 exchange. Unless UKY has a cookbook somewhere that I don't know about.

UKY does have a cookbook, although I've never really looked at it and I don't know if it's still available.

MTA it isn't available:

Nik, can you recall the recipe names at all?
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

I did the same, Pam. I remember making a thread with cookie exchange recipes in it but it has well and truly vanished. :(

I have one more trick up my sleeve though... will report back shortly...

More duckfarts.

I'm embarrassed to say that I hoard my PMs. I went back and looked because I thought maybe people has PMd me their recipes, but they hadn't. They must have posted them straight to the thread.

Sorry! :(
