Don't mean to come across as obtuse, but I always wondered why people wanted to poison themselves with Lysol...it's so harsh. Dettol works well, but I wouldn't make a habit of spraying it in the air.
Lysol is a brand name of disinfectant household cleaners distributed by Reckitt Benckiser. The active ingredient in many of the Lysol products is benzalkonium chloride. This ingredient is highly toxic to fish, very highly toxic to aquatic invertebrates, moderately toxic to birds and slightly toxic ("safe") to mammals.
I edited the above paragraph from the Wikipedia article about Lysol, which contains some very, er, intriguing information about the product and its former uses.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LysolSome other Lysol products contain cresols and phenols, and so do some products marketed under the "Dettol" brand in the UK. This is another Reckitt brand. Phenol is a poison.
Before you start swilling molecules of Dettol around the house like many other chemicals, be aware that over-use may lead to contact dermatitis or even bacterial resistance. There is an increased awareness of the problems associated with drug resistant strains of bacteria particularly in hospitals.
