Children in US

Do any of you have children living in the US? My son lives in the US with his father, and I was wondering if anyone is in a similar situation.

Yes, there are a few members with children back in the States.  My son went to live with his father for year, but returned in January.

I have 3 girls back in the states and i miss them most terribly... the oldest is 20 and lives with her boyfriend but the other 2 are 14 and 17 and they chose to stay with there dad even if I hadn't been coming to the U.K.  seems how much a parent makes means more to em then all those years i was the one who loved and nurtured them above all else...plus after all he's put me thru with the divorce it was a good choice for them anyway cause he would never have paid me support... would have probably even quit his job so it couldn't be garnered... the worst thing is though he talks me down to the kids and has now forbid them to talk to me... well maybe not forbid them but threatened  loss of their privledges if he finds out "I" talk to them... which means i don't talk to em cause I'm not gonna give them reasons to hate me... he says if i want to talk to them come home and be their mom and his wife again otherwise consider my old family dead... thank god for oldest... she passes along all my messages and tells em how much i love and miss em everytime they talk.... sorry... didn't mean to get all maudlin... just you asked about kids and it brings it all up when i think about them... it's amazing how guilty I feel when this is not all my fault...
It's the difference between knowing the path and walking the path.

Lipstick? Where woman? There is no lipstick!
She wasn't kissing your lips my darling

What's it gonna be Merv?
Interesting deal
She'll do it. If she has to kill everyone in this room. She'll do it. She's in love.
*sigh*
It's amazing how the path of love is so alike to the path of insanity

I have 3 girls in the US as well.  My oldest is 16 (17 on the 30th!) and lives with her aunt and my other 2 live with their dad.
