Which US addresses need to be changed?

I recently moved to the UK and am looking for help on which addresses I need to update back in the US.  I found this US government website ( newcomer link: http://www.usa.gov/Citizen/Services/Address_Changes.shtml [nonactive] ) aimed at people moving within the US, but I'd like to get some advice from you guys as well.  I moved from Georgia, thus have a Georgia driving license, voter registration, etc.  I renewed my license before moving, so it has another 10 years or so before the next renewal.

I've also read here in the forums that some banks/credit card companies won't change to foreign addresses.  My cards are still linked to where my dad lives, and I'd like to keep those cards for conveniece when I return for visits to the US.  Is it best to just keep these addresses linked to my dads address in the US, or am I required to inform them of my move?  Are there any other government agencies I need to notify of my new address, such as social security?

I'll ask and see what they say.  Any advice on what other addresses need to be changed for drivers license and such?  Do others actually change that or is it not important?  I'm mainly interested in knowing what I really NEED to change such as anything that may be required by law to update when moving.
