Has anyone else experienced this??
Returning to the UK after visiting the US, on my US passport (UK resident). I try to check-in online and it kicks me out saying "destination country requires proof of onward journey" I get to the airport, explain this to the desk agents - who send me first to the kiosks... and of course get the same message - and have to be physically checked in by a real person. My flight info contains the fact I fly on a US passport but am a resident of the UK, but this is the second time I've encountered this and was wondering if anyone else is having this problem.
I hope this is the right place to post this, feel free to move it if necessary...
