Must do / see in Malta?

We are going to Malta in July for Mr MLG's birthday and are doing the jazz fest for one night and also the hypogeum.

Is there anything we must do or see in Malta while we are there?

We went to Gozo for a day and here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C4%A0gantija  We did not go to the Popeye film set.   ::)
