Exchange Rate for FBAR

Apologies if this has already come up this year--I'm just wondering what to use as an exchange rate for the FBAR? Last year, the embassy helpfully gave a rate for 31st December on their website, but this year they have only posted the yearly average.

I tried the treasury website, but it seems you need to call for historical rates.

Can those who have completed this form let me know what rate they used and where they got it?

I used http://www.oanda.com which gave me 0.6279 as the 31 Dec rate. I hope other people agree because I don't know where to go instead!
