Hello!!!

Hello everyone! My name is Corryn and I am currently living in Florida. I have just accepted a job offer in London doing ultrasounds and couldn't be any more excited! Now I am just waiting on my sponsorship id to apply for my visa!!! I have been reading on here for quite a while and I have a couple of questions (I know more will come  ) But I was wondering where I can find a website that tells me the average salaries in the UK like we have the bureau of labor and statistics here??? Got to be something right? I just want to make sure what salary they offered me was consistant. Also is there a site where I can find out what brands of stuff I can find or won't be able to find once I get there? Just trying to decide what to stock up on before I leave... I have a list of things I know I want to find which I got from the "Things I wish I would have brought and Things I wish I would have known." (Wonderful information! btw) But just brand curious Any info would be great! Thanks!

As for what to stock up on, it is really your preference but if you will be in London you should be able to find most things. If there is something specific you can always ask and people will tell you if 1. you can get it or 2. the equivalent here in the UK.
