Undercover Boss

Did anyone else watch this last night?

It was on the brand Best Western and honestly I got teared up at the end...I like when the head honchos come down to a normal person level to see what they go thru.

I saw this and was crying at the end.  The managing director seems to be a really good guy.   He started at a menial job and he worked his way to the top, so he had a lot of empathy for the people he met.

The people on his board seemed pretty skeptical of the whole idea at first.  I think he should send them all out to do what he did.

It is an interesting concept for a show.  I look forward to the next one.
