Tier 4 dependant partner...NHS?

My fiancee will be recieving healthcare as he is a student. Will I be entitled as well as his partner? After all, I will be working and paying taxes...
Biometrics- Aug. 23rd
Premium appt. in NYC - Aug 25th
Fiancee and I were told that processing was expected to take longer than usual
Approval Email...??
Visa in mail...??

It has nothing to do with working and paying taxes, and everything to do with having the correct visa.  AFAIK, Tier 4 dependants are allowed to use the NHS.  At least for now.

You should be fine. When my wife and I came over (which was before Tier 4 was released), we both had access to the NHS. A colleague of mine is brought her children over as well (under Tier 4), and they've legal access to the NHS. The way that I've interpreted the rules is basically that anyone who's legally allowed to stay in the UK for more than 6 months has a legal right to access the NHS. That means students, spouses/partners and children who are staying longer than 6 months on a proper visa.
