Went to the food court last week, and it was so amazing we went again today... Best pizza ever! We got a jacket potato, a slice of pizza, a huge hot dog, and a refillable soda... £4.25. Amazing.

I also wound up picking up a Fender acoustic guitar today for £80!

The Ruffles have disappeared at ours again. And the Tostitos. Knew we should've stocked up last time. DH was frantically searching.

Love the pizza there, too. And the bakery stuff!

Anyone with a membership can add someone cheaply like 10 pounds or something...
I got mine under my self employed company name (brought the paperwork with me) and I plan on getting my friend a card as well.

My membership came with mine and DH's but funny we willa lways go together since it is in newcastle..

I made sure to get a membership here in the US, and a card for my husband while he was here.  We'd be eligible for a UK membership, because of the croft, but it seemed easier to do here.

Does anybody know if we could still add an extra member, or would we have to get a UK membership for that?  It'd be nice to get my SIL a membership.

We got our membership in the US and we just renew online. The US card works here no problem. We actually wouldn't be eligible for a membership in the UK, as it's much more strict than the US warehouses (I remember the US one being quite strict when I was a child, but anyone can get one there now).

I MUST have my Costco bagels.

I converted a US membership to a UK one.  My mom came with an executive membership (which they didn't have an equivalent of here in the UK at the time) and asked to add me to her account.  Since they couldn't pull her up here on their computer system, they just gave her a kind of dummy UK membership and added me to it so I could have an account.  The next year, I added my own account as I had my own business, but the people at the service counter were nice and did find a way for me to change the US account over.  It might be worth trying yourself--you're not out anything if they say no.
