Panna Cotta

Has anyone here made Panna Cotta? Was it easy? Do you have a good recipe? I recently tried it on my trip to Rome and it was so delicious I want to try and make it myself. I have ordered pudding cups and bought some gelatine leaves but so far am stuck with a good recipe.

Luckily, it's easy! You just need to measure your ingredients carefully or you'll end up with either a hockey puck or it wont set.  Make sure you use the freshest ingredients possible! That's the key, Waitrose Essentials cream makes it totally fabulous, or maybe get Organic cream if you can.

I'll hand it over to the master, David Lebovitz  for a recipe.

I have always liked Nigel Slater, though haven't tried his panna cotta recipe:

I agree about getting the best ingredients you can afford.  :)
