Hello and Help! I want to make my mom's meat loaf and she uses ground sirloin. What is the name of ground sirloin here in England?

Never seen ground sirloin here..but I do buy steak mince....which is nicer than ground mince...

Yes, pretty much any lean minced beef should work just fine for meatloaf.  You might have to play around a little bit with some proportions of ingredients if it seems too dry.
