Vist visa question help!

Visit visa application, my partner was going to apply for it before she came over but it asks about a partner/spouse but we are not married , she is classed as divorced so does she put me in there even though we are not  a unmarried couple, we are only *dating*

She is niether your 'partner' as in legal Civil Partner nor your spouse.

yes we know but the visa application asks for this information and you cant go past it as it is *required*

She needs to answer as divorced and your information does not go there as you are neither of the spouse or civil partner. She doesn't have a civil partner or spouse.

we did, picked the divorce option and it still goes onto the partner information, we picked the general visit visa , cant see what else we did wrong to get that information requirement.

This all has to do with the visa-national side.  Just do the best you can, and remember that it certainly won't be the first time a divorced person wanted to engage in an exploratory relationship with a Brit.  On that you can be sure, so just do your best.

It means fill in information for her ex.

really...thats strange..well shes been divorced for over 25 years so i dont think she knows much details anymore lol
