I'd love an iPad. I'd also love a new Mac laptop or desktop. But I'll try to keep this list semi-realistic!!

A new phone (Droid, Palm Pre, or Blackberry - not sure which yet)
Some new clothes (pants, jeans, basic tops, a new winter coat, and funky accessories)
Wii (maybe, not sure yet)
Boots - both regular and bad weather ones
A messenger bag
A new body (oh, wait, this was supposed to be realistic!) ;)
Books

What I'm really looking forward to, though, is getting my kids' stuff. I also really want to get my Mom something awesome.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

I love our iPad. It was supposed to be DH's, but it has become mine. ;)

I would like:
some Amazon gift certificates, to indulge my book buying habit
a chance to clinic with some sort of amazing rider
new riding gloves (mine are a bit...piquant...at this point)
that new Kinect dancing game (I am pretty sure DH has gotten me this for my bday at the end of the month though).

hmmmm, that's about it really. As long as my horse/book obsessions are taken care of, I'm a pretty happy camper. That and just being able to carry on as we are (life is pretty good right now!)

A harp - I've always fancied one ever since my sister got one some years ago!
What kind of harp does your sister have?

I don't really have a list, but looking at everyone else's I guess I could use some nice work clothes (but let's wait and see if I need them--taking my CV to a few places around town tomorrow!), also need a couple good bras  :P, I really could use comfy shoes for work that aren't hideous, and I need a new fiddle case.  That's about it, I think.

I've got an Amazon list as well, full of DVDs and books I can't justify buying myself.  I'm hoping someone gets me Victoria's Secret Pink perfume as I'm almost out and I totally want a big bottle of LUSH Glogg shower gel!

Its a gorgeous wooden, celtic harp -not a pedal harp  :)
It's a dream wish list- too expensive for me to justify buying at this time in my life. But I'd love one  :)

in a perfect world... a cure for MS.

in this world, I'd be happy with an immersion blender and some new gardening tools.
Arrived 12 Oct 2010/Spousal Visa
Whole new world for a Southern gardener, but I'm very happy.

Ah.  The celtic harp nerd in me was wondering if you knew who the maker was and how many strings it had.   [smiley=smart.gif]

On my dream wish list (not counting thousand of pounds for paying for dental work and a trip to the US and citizenship) I think I might want a 3/4 sized fiddle, and maybe, just maybe a harp with a few more strings (I could use a couple more bass notes), but I feel strangely ungrateful and disloyal to my harp I have now for saying that!

OK, just curious!  Sometimes I ask fellow harpers these questions and they don't even know the answers so I really must be a nerd!

No, you're a harpy lady!  :D

he he!  I'm always like, "I can't believe you don't know how many strings your harp has!"  and then I start counting them right then and there.  :P

I'm happy with everything I have, but if I had to get a few more bits and bobs they would be:

Boots (as always)
A big ole gift certificate to Victoria Secret
Lolita Lempicka perfume
Miss Dior Cherie perfume
Big nice smelly candles
An L-shaped sofa
A super cozy sweatsuit (ok i want a Juicy couture one that doesn't say Juicy anywhere.  I am ashamed.  :-[)
A few items of jewellry from Tiffany & co.
Big gift certificate to Sephora
Lots of Lushies

A big ole gift certificate to Victoria Secret

I used to always ask for a gift certificate to Victoria's Secret!  Too bad there aren't any in the UK, but I guess you could always order online from the US.
