Cheap Schools or Classes in London?
« on: November 16, 2010, 06:58:14 PM »
In the event that I move to London to live for 6 months to a year or more (depending on how my job search goes), I want to avoid boredom and take some educational and/or fun classes.  Anything from foreign languages to community college type classes (do they even have community colleges in the UK?) or cooking classes would be great. Something affordable would be great.  Basically anything where I can have some structure in my unemployed life and meet new people, as well.

Thanks!

I used to go to courses at the various branches of the Kensington and Chelsea College when I had time, and if I recall, they were decently priced. (Over here, "colleges" aren't universities, more what you go to before university, but this college offered a whole range of adult courses.)

And Floodlight offers a comprehensive look at almost courses available in London.
