Im in the same boat as you and here are a few things that help me...
1. Spend all the time you can with your family , youll be moving soon afterall
2. Work all that you can, great for keeping your mind busy and bank accnt full
3. Send little inexpencive gifts or cards to each other. nice to be waiting for somthing other than your approved visa .
4. Talk on the phone once a week if you can, its amazing how my husbands voice calms my nerves.
5. Text and chat online as much as possible.
6. Workout , this has helped me alot, running or walking for 20 mins releases "feel good hormones" and as a great side effect my pants fit better
