That looks good! I'm always looking for good fish alternatives. Please let us know how it turns out!

It was delicious! I wanted it to be more of a sauce - and thicker - than in the picture, so I didn't dilute the tomato paste, and I added a tiny bit of Greek yoghurt. Also, I put in a bit more cinnamon and sugar than it called for, to make it a tiny bit sweeter.

Tonight, I'm thinking about blackened chicken with garlic mash and spinach on the side. :d Simple but yummy. :D

After going out the last three nights, due to birthday celebrations, we are staying in tonight. We're modifying the lentil and potato pie we made the other night, by leaving out the lentils, and adding more of the carrot and celery that are mostly in the original recipe to add a bit of taste.

Last night I made a Tofu Pad Thai because I had tamarind paste to use up and tonight I made a (oops, a bit too spicy, but yummy) Chicken Jalfrezi

Takeaway from Grillicious:  charcoal grilled lamb chops, salad & chips.  I poured home-made (not from a packet) ranch dressing over the lot, and it was gorgeous!

Making this tonight, with haddock fillets:

Looking forward to it. :)

I'm making this tonight with mahi mahi. If it tastes as good as it smells, we're in business!  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Headed off to have Indian for hubby's birthday. We've found a place nearby that we absolutely love. It reminds of us of our fave place back in Blackburn.
