Grilled chicken breast with lemon pepper, steamed broccoli, yellow corn and fresh sliced strawberries ;) I'm also going to bake some cookies with my daughter tonight!

Hubby made an amazing stir fry last night.  He had his with salmon, I had veggie chicken pieces.  He managed to capture a taste I haven't tasted since I've been here in the UK.  Took me right back to Philly's Chinatown.

Cracker crumbed, fried pork loin chops, mashed potatoes, sweet corn, and milk gravy :) Naughty naughty  ;D
09/08/2011-Glyn leaves for UK
01/30/2012-Biometrics for UK spousal & dependent visas sent out w/ application same day
02/03/2012-Email from UK Consul General application needs further processing will receive decision within 10 working days.
02/09/2012-Request for more payslips and custody papers for daughter.
02/22/2012-Submit the requested documents with prayers.
02/24/2012-UK settlement visas issued :)
03/12/2012-Arrive in MAN UK :)

Oh yum!!!!

I made a Memphis style BBQ sauce last night and today I threw it in the slow cooker with a beef joint.  I also made a tangy coleslaw last night.   Not sure what I will have it with - maybe mash or corn or both.... 
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

I've made veggie chilli for tonight and Italian aubergine and veggie stew for tomorrow.

Pizza night! Need something easy, its the kids swimming lessons tonight.

Sloppy Joes! Yummy! Only 2nd time DH has ever had them :)
2001 - moved to the UK on a student visa
2002 - 2 year work visa (and met hubby later that year)
2004 - moved w UKC hubby to US
2012 - UKC hubby now a dual national (USC)
Apr 2015 - moved back to UK w DH and two DD

We're at the in laws, so it was going to be roast meat (again), but DH suggested we check out the Indian place in the neighboring village. It's a DATE!
