That sounds good!

I'm making an Italian-style hearty squash and veggie soup.  I'll get some nice ciabiatta (sp?) bread to have with it.

From the freezer--Ethiopian chick pea, potato, and veggie stew with falaffels.
Oh YUM! I've been craving good Ethiopian food recently but the ladies with the stall at Truman Brewery aren't there anymore. :(

That sounds good!

It's really yummy and so easy, which was good because I was not into making dinner at all last night.  :)  Just parsnips, carrots, and taters with some onions, garlic, chili, a touch of curry powder, veg stock, and a blitz in the blender.  BF made some lovely bread this weekend as well, which was perfect for it.

I'll give it a try, maybe Friday!

I think we're having BBQ sandwiches tonight with oven fries.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

DH's work had a nice Chinese buffet for the Chinese New Year, so he wasn't hungry. Lucky jerk! I made myself pasta with a quick throw together marinara made of chopped tomatoes, onions, peppers, and zucchini. I would have preferred the Chinese!
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

I really wanted Chinese but no one delivers to me for under £15 and I can't eat that much chinese food!!

So, maybe I'll throw a frozen pizza in the oven.  Or, I'll just eat these Tesco cheese balls.  ;)
