Greetings
« on: August 24, 2004, 02:26:02 PM »
I have been lurking for a while and have decided to take the plunge.
I have learned a lot from this site and like the feel of it.
I have been in the UK for  4 yrs after marrying my brit.  We met on random chat on ICQ way back in 97.  After chatting for a couple of years he came to visit me and we clicked.  It took us a year to decide where we were going to live--one day to get UK visa vs. 3 yrs till green card in Phoenix AZ made the decision for us.  I've split the time here between London and Kent and I admit to liking the slower pace of Kent.
I am a SAHM to two toddlers--a girl and a boy.  I hope to be able to learn how to navigate the complexities of school since my daughter turns 4 next year.
I look forward to be able to contribute my experiences here.
K
