Ignore button

I used the ignore button for the first time yesterday, and it took me a few minutes to figure out where it was. When I scroll my mouse over it, nothing pops up to identify it. Can this be fixed? I know it's only a minor thing, but I'm willing to bet that a lot of our newer forum members don't know what that miraculous little red bar is!

When I hover over it, I get a pop-up that says 'ignore'. But I won't ignore you!

I only knew where it was because a LONG time ago there was a 'heated' thread and one of the mods pointed out where it was.  I'm quite familiar with it now as it gets used a lot.   ;D

Just as an FYI, I've put my mouse over the ignore button for each person posting in this thread and I didn't get a pop up.  Could it be affected by the browser we are using?  I use firefox.

Yes, it's a browser thing. It pops up for IE but not Firefox. However, on Firefox it does come up down in the status bar (bottom left corner) with its URL (for example http://talk.uk-yankee.com/index.php?action=ignore;u=0;topic=1792).
