I have an opportunity to take a Kundalini yoga class near my house if I can get my ass up on Saturday mornings.
Does anyone have any experience with Kundalini yoga?
I am more interested in being in shape physically (strength, coordination, balance, etc.) then meditation or spirituality.
I am already in fairly good shape - work out with weights, do cardio (jumprope and exercise bike), salsa dance, kung fu. Would Kundalini yoga benefit me at all?
