PETS - name change

I'm starting the process for the PETS scheme shortly for my dog.  I'm hoping to move to the UK this Fall.  I have a question about paperwork though.  I'll be filling out the paperwork in my maiden name.  However, I plan on changing my name once I get married this summer.  So by the time I move, my last name will be different.  The PETS paperwork will be in my maiden name, but my passport and airfare will be in my married name.  Is this going to cause a problem when I pick him up at the airport?  Would having enough evidence (marriage cert, ID in old name, etc) help? 

I don't think they care. I had a completely different person (my mom) drop off my pets in DC and I picked them up in Heathrow. They didn't ask for ID or anything, just asked me what pet I was waiting for.

It's the pet's ID they're interested in, not the human.

Exactly as EQ said - they dont care.  You'll be fine.
