well I mean, let's say you were in a battle to the death with her....she's hacking away with those twin red beams of power....she is getting the better of you....your thrusts are dodged and diverted....but then the tide swings and you force her back...back against the bulkhead....your beams lock together and you stare into those evil eyes.....and then unexpectedly something changes....could it be that she has met her master? But no, she swivels and pins you down now....she is nobody's servant this one....your lips are so close .....the eyes filled now with a dark understanding....a bond shared between well-matched warriors....a bond no one else understands....what terrible things could she do to a man?

Well then....

Lucas isn't the only person who can ruin things.  ;)

Nowhere because everyone knows that the Clone Wars is an abomination.  ;)
even Luke will drink to that!

My son & I did a step-wise freeze frame through the climactic Arena Fight in SW2.  And for sure, there's Luminara.  No doubt about it.  And the same exercise in the order 66 scene of SW3 will show Secura getting wasted.

That pretty much lays to rest the critics who think Lucas is making it up as he goes along.

Slight tangent, but any discussion of talking to children about Star Wars in general and the newer films in particular requires this video.

Star Wars Talk to Your Kids PSA

6/16/2013 - Application submitted

That baby in the yoda hat.  :D

All my husband has to do to get me all riled up is to ask if I think Greedo might have shot first.  It usually gets a punch.

Best Ventress Clone Wars quote:

Asajj Ventress: Keep playing with your droids. I'll handle breaking into the DNA room.
[as she turns to leave, Grievous grabs her arm]
General Grievous: Shall I provide you with a droid escort?
Asajj Ventress: [caressing his faceplate] My dear General, there's nothing you have that I could want.

Favorite Kenobi put down (to Grievous):

Obi-Wan Kenobi: [while fighting a IG-100 Magna Guard] I hear a lot of talking, General, but in the final accounting, what does all the talk get you? A futile quest for power? A mutilated body? And your place as Dooku's errand boy!
