We are planning a get together for all the Northwesterners (or anyone else who doesn't mind travelling!)

Date: 26 March 2011
Time: 11:00 start-( if you can't make it then let us know and you can catch up with us when you are able to get there)
Plans: Lunch and Chatting-- followed by whatever anyone wants to do
Location: The Exchange Square Manchester (exact spot to be added)

It'll just be me.

11 am is good, I can make 11 am...but I might have to leave at around 1 or 2...count me in.

Based on the suggested venues, I most likely won't make it (too dear for me at the moment)

I'm going to try really hard to make it. Hubby thought he would come but we both have Stag/hen do to go to. His is during the day, so it's just going to be me braving the train to get there. Can't wait- should be fun!

I don't think the venue is set in stone. Do you have a suggestion for where you would like to meet up? I would rather more people be able to go and if changing the meeting place will help then I'm ok with that.  What does everyone else think?

I just thought the Exchange was good for meeting up and then we'd move off to a specific venue/place to hang out from there. I'm all for budget friendly options!

I agree with everyone else, I would love everyone to attend..and I can always benefit from budget friendly options!!!

What if we meet at Starbucks where people can just grab a drink and we can sit and visit? After that people can decide if they want to go for lunch somewhere or just have a wander around together? I personally think we need to agree on a specific place to meet to at least sit and get to know each other for a bit, from experience if we try to decide when we all get together it will be harder. Is the Starbucks big enough for us to all sit down for a bit?
