Ashtanga or flow style yoga in SW London?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a yoga studio or class reasonably close to Teddington (or within the Richmond borough) that offers Ashtanga or a flow style yoga class.

Any ideas?  Thanks!!

They have a flow style yoga in hot temperatures. and also at room temperature. i think the hot-styled one is more frequent however.
