Clearing the Cache on a Mac...
« on: March 22, 2011, 02:25:13 PM »
Just wondering if anyone could guide me in clearing the cache on my MacBook Pro (running on Leopard).  I've looked online, but there isn't really guide for it that I could find, it's just random threads and people saying to download programmes.  Can't you just do it without downloading anything?

Can I just clear out everything that's in /Library/Caches or are there things that need to keep there?  I don't totally understand what is important or not.  Do I just move the stuff to Trash and click "Empty"?

Thanks in advance!  :)
