Nope. As per usual, it's a bit more complicated than that. Yes feminism increased opportunities for women in the workplace, but that 30 years or so they're talking about have included myriad other changes, both subtle and sweeping in the area of population composition, government policy, technological advances, a general trend towards less conservative social views, the role and position of the UK in international politics, and I could basically go on forever. It's foolish to try to pin it on one social change, no matter how much it has changed things.
