L.A. to Sydney to U.K.

Hi!
I'm Jenny, an American mom of three whose husband has been offered a great opportunity in the UK for 12-24 months.  We are currently living in Sydney Australia on another expat assignment and have loved the time we've spent here.  We both feel that the expat experience has really enriched our lives and are excited for the chance to do it again in a new location.
We're wrapping things up here when the school term ends in July and will (hopefully) be in the UK for the start of school in September.  I have heaps of questions, which I'll post in the appropriate section but just wanted to stop by here to introduce myself.
So glad to have found this forum!

We met in Tokyo through friends when we both lived in Japan.

Last year we moved to Thailand, got our first apartment together, got jobs with the same employer (!), didn't end up killing each other, got married, and decided to move to the UK to settle down.

London, here we come!
