A Bit Late to the Party
« on: April 26, 2011, 02:52:49 PM »
I've lived here in England for 14 years, and have just discovered this group. It's brilliant. I love the home page with all the different interesting articles. I'm job hunting now for a new job, so might not have much time to post...but I'll look forward to  coming back here from time to time to see what's new. Cheers!

Better late than never!!! Glad you found us :-)...looking forward to hearing more from you in between your banging your head against the wall in the job hunting front. (sorry hopefully you won't be banging your head against the wall, it just seems to be the way at the moment for people unfortunately!)

Welcome! I'll be moving to London in one week so I'll be in the job hunting boat with you too! Good luck to both of us.  ;)
We met in Tokyo through friends when we both lived in Japan.

Last year we moved to Thailand, got our first apartment together, got jobs with the same employer (!), didn't end up killing each other, got married, and decided to move to the UK to settle down.

London, here we come!
