Tax returns and civil partners
« on: May 11, 2011, 01:01:06 AM »
I have done a search and can't seem to find the answer to this although I know there are some other CP USC in the UK on this site.

When filing my US tax return presumably I would tick single and completely ignore the CP status, so my UKC partner would not be involved in US taxes at all? Is this right?
