Newborn Twins and Pregnant Ladies Models needed for new DK book

I work at Dorling Kindersley (DK Books) and we are in the process of writing a book about Twins - specifically having twins and then raising them. Our creative department is looking for some pregnant ladies and newborn twins (up to 1 year old) to give up a couple of hours one day. The photoshoot will take place in north and east London mid-July. Here's the full ad:

Urgently Needed
Newborn TWINS up to 1 year to model for a photoshoot to appear in a new Dorling Kindersley Book on Twins.
We are also looking for PREGNANT LADIES - ideally 2nd trimester.
Photoshoots will take place in north and east London during mid-July.

Models will be needed for half a day - typically 2-4 hours, and snacks/lunch will be provided (although please provide necessary food and drink for your babies). Adult models and parents escorting their baby to the shoot will be paid a flat fee to cover their time and expenses but we are unable to pay for child models.

I know this is a pretty old post but I thought I would reply anyway. Do you often look for pregnant models for the books?

We do sometimes. DK photographs everything for their books and since we have a lot of pregnancy books, we have a huge archive of material to use as needed. But we do have to update those pictures - it's a bit hard to sell a new pregnancy book when the woman has a 1980s haircut! If we do any sort of specialist topic, i.e. twins, we may not have enough images to work with so we have to do photoshoots.

I will say that in order to save money we're encouraged to re-use images we already have; I've been at DK for over a year now and only seen calls for models about 5 times. If anything comes up again, I will make an announcement here!
