I'm currently in the UK at the moment and I'll be here until the fall. I know that some stores participate in the VAT refund program. I definitely want my 20% VAT back when I leave the UK. I'm a little confused on whether I'll get all 20% back or I'll get a partial refund? The Apple Store on Regent Street in London said I'll get back around 11% while the Apple Store in Leicester's Highcross Shopping Centre said I'll get back the full 20%. So which one is which? Does anyone here have any experiences to share?
