Getting married!  We picked this weekend so everyone in the UK wouldn't need to take so much time off of work!

Thanks everyone!

As excited as I am about the wedding, I'm just ecstatic  that this crazy LDR thing is coming to and end.  I love that DF is snoring away right now in the bed!

How exciting! :) Congratulations!

I'm looking forward to a 3 day weekend with my hubby! But we'll probably just spend it in front of the tv. ;)

Congrats Sscarllet! :)

No plans for me, really. May meet up with friends for board games, but otherwise, lots of hanging out and being lazy.

Sounds like another congratulations is in order!  So what day are you getting married & we of course want all the details!  :D

I am definitely with the maxing & relaxing crowd for the upcoming bank holiday - although if the weather's nice, we hope to go rambling up the Dales for at least one of the days.

That sounds so nice. We've tried to get out of the city on a bank holiday before, but we just wind up spending the day sitting in traffic. :P I want to live out in the country!

Congratulations Cali Girl and Sscarllet!  :)

If the weather cooperates we're hoping to go to Kew Gardens over the Bank Holiday.

Aww - do you ever take a picnic to a nearby park or anything like that?  Yesterday, we just walked (here in town) to Kirkstall Abbey grounds to hear Andee's concert & had a picnic and afternoon out together with a group of local UKY-related friends.

We are fortunate that we live on the very edge of our town - 5 minutes in the car & we're in the country!

Will probably spend it doing all the things around the house that I kept saying I would get done this summer, before having to head back to work with the start of the new school year!
