Hi all, I don't know if this is the best subforum to post this one, so moderators please feel free to relocate this if there is a better place for it.
My husband has already relocated back to Scotland (I will be following shortly). He is continuing to study for a degree in Env. Science online with a US university. Some of the classes require his exams to be proctored. This wasn't a problem in the US, as the local public library offered this service. However, my OH has asked the local library, as well as contacted the Uni of Glasgow and Strathclyde Uni, and none of them offer the service. The only place he's found so far that will do it, is located in London. Obviously traveling from Glasgow to London for proctoring a single exam (like a midterm) is just not feasible! (He wouldn't have the ability to take time off multiple times in a quarter to travel down there, not to mention the cost.)
Does anyone have any other suggestions of who/where else my husband could look for proctoring? If he can't find anywhere, we fear he'll have to give up his degree. We just find it ridiculous that he would have to quit studying because he can't find somewhere to do the proctoring!
